If you choose to study at Downend and Mangotsfield Sixth Form you will have over 30 courses to choose from, allowing you to study subjects that you enjoy and preparing you for your future career aspirations.

We have our own facilities in the Sixth Form centre, with dedicated teaching rooms and social spaces. As a Sixth Form student you will be given the independence and flexibility to study both in school and at home during the day when you are not in your lessons.

We also believe that Sixth Form is about more than just your studies and should be a time when you get to try new experiences that will help you make informed decisions and develop those all-important employability skills essential for your future.

We do understand that the move to Sixth Form can often be a daunting one so we are always on hand to provide academic and pastoral support if you need it. From the time you join us to when you leave, you will have a dedicated mentor to offer support and guidance.
