Mobile Phones
As you will know, we continue to do a thorough review into our current use of mobile phones. To help keep our students informed, we put together some resources for tutors to share with tutees before we gather student voice on mobile phones in school during term 5.
We have genuinely not made a decision yet and know there are a variety of views on the topic. However, regardless of the decision about mobile phones, we know we could all do with improving our understanding of the impact of mobile phone use and how we could improve our habits. Schools can be part of the solution, but quite clearly will make very little impact without parental and student understanding too. We thought, therefore, it would be useful for us to share the resources we asked tutors to look at with your children, in order to prompt some conversations at home too. Please note, these slides are not meant as a 'lecture' about mobile phones and are about education and understanding.
