Open Events
We are delighted to offer the following opportunities for Year 6 pupils and their parent/carer to visit our school for a tour during school hours and/or a presentation and question/answer session with the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team colleagues.
Open Morning Tours
These tours will run at 9:10am or 9:30am each morning during term 1. You will be taken around the school by a senior member of staff who can answer any questions.
Places are limited to 2 visitors per family in order to maximise opportunity to visit. The tour will last approximately 45mins and as the site comprises a number of different buildings please bring a coat and umbrella if the forecast is unfavourable.

Headteacher Presentation for Prospective Parents
These sessions will offer the opportunity for you to hear the Headteacher present as well as a chance to ask questions.
These sessions are approximately an hour long and will be limited to 150 visitors in our main hall.

These sessions, as well as the tour, are aimed at Year 6 families. If your child is in a younger year and you would like to visit please be assured that we will be offering opportunities later in the year.

Transition 2021-22 (for Students joining downend in September 2021)
