Post 16 Parent Information

Welcome to our Parent Zone. The purpose of this section is to keep parents and guardians up to date with our news, current events and developments. All the letters sent home will be posted here as well as information about opportunities for visits to Universities, Conferences and field trips that have been advertised to students. Our hope is that you will continually be informed and encourage the students to take advantage of the experiences available. These will form an integral part of their University and job applications.

Post 16 Core Time on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday afternoons are the times we deliver the Extended Project Qualification, General Studies AS Level and the time when students will participate in a programme of volunteering and enrichment activities which will all work towards the AQA Baccalaureate. Attending these sessions are of paramount importance to students’ success in Post 16.
