Cross Phase Activities
Downend School has run a number of Cross Phase Days. One was a 'Food For Life Day' attended by over one hundred and fifty pupils. During the day, pupils experienced working in six curriculum areas with an exciting and activity-based programme. Another Cross Phase Day was 'Scale the Heights': this was literacy- and numeracy- based with pupils working on a variety of activities.
